General terms and conditions of rental
Arrival
A trustworthy person will welcome you. The time of your arrival must be agreed with this person and cannot normally be before 4 p.m., unless otherwise arranged.
Departure
You must leave before 7.30am or after 1pm on Saturdays. Céret's main market takes place on Saturday mornings, and some of the traders are based in a square that you have to pass through to leave the town. This street is therefore completely blocked from 7.30am to 1pm.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
A deposit of 300€, in cheque, not endorsed, or cash, will be given to our trustworthy person on your arrival. Following the inventory of fixtures on your departure, it will be returned to you if all is well.

Sheets and Linen
